If you are using airtel high speed download data plan with unlimited download. Then there are certain limit for high speed download like 8 GB, 10 GB, 4 GB but this high speed download limit depends upon plan which you have subscribed. After you reach to you download limit you broadband speed will be set to normal for that billing cycle.

I am a user of Airtel broadband since 5 years and overall exp of their service was good for initial 4-5 years but now they are not up to mark. If you want to discontinue their service then they will bother you too much before discontinuing their services. Now they are charging Rs. 100.00 + Service tax for PC secure service.

I am using broad band internet service in New Delhi and NOIDA since 6 years. I have used MTNL and Airtel broadband services and found Airtel is much better than MTNL in respect of service.
