As you know sprout is very healthy when we eat it fresh, but we can also eat sprouts by making some cooked dishes. In cooking case there may be some ingredients loss but it is still very healthy enrich with fiber iron and protein. Here I am writing very simple recipe for making sprout and green vegetable(available in your refrigerator) pulao with rice.

Tomato pulao is recipe made from rice and tomatoes. Tomatoes has high content of lycopene which is anti-oxidant and prevent damage to tissues also it is good source of vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorus and copper, dietary fiber, potassium and manganese.

Pulao is tasty and quick to make. In winter when green garlic is available easily it can be used to make healthy and nutritious pulao. It tastes excellent and liked by kids also.
