Recipe: Curd Capsicum

Ingredients:

- 1 cup capsicum

- Boiled and massed potato

- Milk 1 spoon

- Curd 1/4 cup

- Haldi powder 1-2 pinch

- Red chilli powder as per taste

- Besan 2 spoon

- Jeera 1 small spoon

- Salt to taste

- Oil 1 spoon

Method:

- Make paste of potato, curd, milk, chilli powder, haldi, salt and 1/2 cup water

- Heat oil in a pan

- Now make crackle with jeera

- Now put shimala mirch in pan and cook a while

- Now add paste to it and cook for 6-8 minutes.

- Keep steering in-between.

- Serve hot as side dish
