Making sweet corn halwa is very simple.
-Sweet corn 200 gm
-Desi ghee 100 gm
-Sugar 100 gm
-Green elaichi powder 1-2 pinch
-Grind corn roughly
-Take a deep frying pan, heat ghee in it.
-Cook corn in it until it reduced.
-Add sugar to it and cook till sugar get melted
-Add elaichi by making powder.
-Serve it after garnishing with dry fruits like chopped almonds and pista.
